Start your Internet experience each day with Southwest Nebraska Net. Using Southwest Nebraska Net as your home page, you can easily find your local news, community information, and other useful local and national information without having to spend much time looking for it. To setup your system, click on your browser type and follow the steps below. Once you have setup Southwest Nebraska Net as your home page, it will be there the next time you launch your browser.

Make Us Your Home Page Instructions For Windows Browsers

Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher

1. Select Tools from the menu at the top of your Microsoft Internet Explorer screen
2. From the Tools menu select Internet Options
3. Click on the General tab
4. See the Home Page section at the top of the sheet
5. Type http://www.swnebr.net in the text field labeled Address
6. Click OK
8. Now click the Home button in the toolbar

1. Select View from the menu at the top of your Microsoft Internet Explorer screen
2. From the View menu select Internet Options
3. Click on the General tab

2. From the Edit menu, choose Preferences
3. In the Category list, select Navigator
4. Click Home Page in the Navigator section
5. Type http://www.swnebr.net in the Home Page Location text field
6. Click OK
7. Click the Home button in the toolbar

2. From the Options menu choose General Preferences
3. Select the Appearance tab
4. Select the Home Page Location in the Startup section
5. Type http://www.swnebr.net in the Browser starts with text field
6. Click OK
7. Click the Home button in the toolbar

2. From the Internet Connection area, click Go to the Web
3. From the Members menu, click on My AOL
4. Select Preferences Guide
5. Click on The Web, then Set Up Now
6. Select Navigation and click
7. Type http://www.swnebr.net in the text field
8. Click OK
9. Restart browser
10. Click Home
